susancameo18-cAbout 18 Circles

I named my teaching practice “18 Circles” because the number 18 has such powerful, positive connotations in so many cultures, and because the image of energy moving in a circular motion is so helpful in the practice of Qigong and Tai Chi.
I welcome new students to my classes in Atlanta and look forward to hearing from you.
